Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. During winter months times can be longer to avoid freezing/damaged product. Once product has been shipped it can NOT be cancelled and no refunds will be given after items are shipped. All shipping charges are based on a default box size of 20"x16"x16" (24 Glass Bottles) as well as applicable tariffs and charges for USA/International shipments. In other words, if you order 6 cans it will calculate for that size box.

Domestic/International Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping ratesShipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout using Canada Post or CanPar or UPS. 

Local delivery 

Delivery charges are calculated using a radius in kilometres from our retail location starting point of 5905 Malden Road Unit #8 LaSalle, Ontario

Delivery Charges:

Within a 20 km radius of the store $7.50 with a $50.00 minimum (Before taxes)

 **Delivery cut-off time is 17:00 for same day delivery. Any orders after that will be made the following day. Deliveries are made between 17:00 and 20:00 Monday to Sunday. Please, leave light and path clear of ice/snow for driver.**

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 5905 Malden Road LaSalle, Ontario Canada N9H 1S6. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 hour of current business day. We will send you an email/text when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 11AM - 7PM Monday - Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Pick-Up Orders will be held for a maximum of 30 Days. Due to the nature of the product being perishable no refund or exchanges can be given beyond that time frame.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7-10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@sodapopbros.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Include a link for customers to track their order if available.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Due to the size, perishable and fragile nature of our products we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please contact us at info@sodapopbros.com to arrange a different method for delivery.

Refunds, returns, damages and exchanges

Return policy page 

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

Damaged Products

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@sodapopbros.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. We will either send you out a new order of the same products or refund the cost of the DAMAGED items in the package but NOT the shipping cost. Due to the size, perishable and fragile nature of our products that are NOT insurable we cannot always accommodate a refund or resend. It will still require some co-operation from the purchaser as far as claims to the shipment company. We do NOT work for the shipment companies and CANNOT guarantee it arrives on time or intact.
