We ship within Canada, United Kingdom, U.S.A., and select International countries using the fastest, most reliable method possible for each shipment. Which means **WE DO NOT ALWAYS USE CANADA POST**. If you would like a specific delivery method please email us after making the order so we can change this for you. During winter months (November- March) we will always use the courier with the greatest success rate of the product not being damaged due to freezing. This can make your package slower to arrive as we try not to ship during severe cold weather.
If you want items shipped, simply follow through with a purchase through the website and enter the destination address. The website does the rest in regards to calculations on wait time and price after you provide an email once the items have been processed we will send you a tracking number.
Please note shipping glass is heavy and expensive. We do everything we can to make sure it gets to you intact. However, you may want to read our shipping Policy before ordering.
